June is full with sadness.

Bad things happen in life.

Time goes by so fast,people go in and out of your life.
As teacher and parents always told us when we were young,
All good things must come to an end /No feast in the world can last forever "
Only memories do.
when you have the change to hold it in your hand, treasure it.
when you lost it, don't feel sad, the memories is with you forever.



whenever you feel hopeless , dont fall down and cry..
Tell yourself, if there was no pain or sadness,then we wont know the real value of happiness.

Pain is there for a reason.

"No pain , no gain."
one day , we have to learn how to accept the pain and grow from it.

Today is 10th July 2011,it's a new month.
Stand up , face to the sunlight
and say
